Panel and Machine builders
have long used a system of valves, checks, and fittings to build
flow circuitry into their unit designs. In the traditional
approach a system of standardized valves and fittings are used
to accommodate the flow path and the unit panel and enclosure is
simply wrapped around the system! The traditional approach has
severe faults in terms of leaks and design flexibility such that
designers have long searched for viable alternatives.
In the Kantleak approach, a Patented system of
valves and adjustable connectors is used to reduce the number of
leak paths, reduce the number of connections, and shrink the
over-all package. In addition there are no pipe threads that
require finesse during fit-up. The centerline distances are
adjustable while keeping valve and gauge orientation fixed as
detailed below. In addition a side gage port ball valve allows
for an even more flexible and smaller package
